EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Items purchased online can be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact info@sahakian-jewelry.com for further instructions.

All exchanged items undergo inspection and quality control before store credit is issued. If products are found to be damaged, worn, or compromised, Sahakian reserves the right to refuse the exchange and return the item to the customer. Customized or altered items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Please note that we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges. Customers may choose their preferred shipping method for returns, but the cost is borne by the sender. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery of the returned products.

Return Policy

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. The item must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The original packaging must remain undamaged. Any returns sent after the 14-day period will be refused and sent back to the sender at their expense. The sender assumes all costs and risks associated with the return shipment.

Return of earrings 

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept return of earrings.

Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange your products, you will have to return the products and place a new order.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Packages Lost After Delivery

Sahakian is not responsible for lost packages resulting from miscommunication with the courier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Packages Lost in Return Shipping

We do not compensate for returned packages lost during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and a refund receipt will be sent via email.
