Shipping policy

Order processing takes 1-3 weeks. Once processed and packed, Sahakian offers DHL Express delivery worldwide and local courier partners, with an estimated shipping time of 3-4 working days. Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking number. Special orders may take up to 8 weeks to ship, depending on the recipient's location.

We offer a free shipping for all orders.

Please be sure that the delivery address provided is both secure and correct. For orders over 500 EUR we will automatically include insurance with your shipping. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit. 

Each piece from our collection is handcrafted and undergoes rigorous inspection and quality control. We take the utmost care in packing and shipping to ensure safe delivery. If you receive an item that appears damaged in transit, please contact info@sahakian-jewelry.com within 24 hours of delivery.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL DUTY CHARGES 

International orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are beyond our control. The shipping fee includes insurance, but does not cover taxes, tariffs, customs, or duty fees. The recipient is responsible for all additional charges required to clear the parcel through customs, including taxes, import duties, and other fees.
