As each piece is made entirely by hand, our pieces are made to order in small batches.

Shipping & Returns
Most Sahakian fine jewelry is handmade to order, crafted individually for you. Please allow 1–2 weeks from purchase for production before shipping. In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days.
Orders are sent via DHL Express or local post, depending on location, with a tracking number provided upon dispatch.

Care & Maintenance
To preserve the beauty of your Sahakian piece, avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time and can be gently polished with a soft cloth. Gold vermeil and solid gold pieces should be stored separately to prevent scratches and kept in a cool, dry place when not worn.
